$2,000,000.00 recovery for negligent supervision of a minor
AMOUNT OF RECOVERY:
The plaintiff, who was the administratrix of the estate of a minor, alleged that the defendants who were charged with the safety of the minor and had the minor in their control, were negligent in their supervision of the minor. The plaintiff further alleged that as a direct and proximate result of the defendants' negligence, the minor was injured and died.
The defendants denied any claim that they were negligent. The matter was mediated and resolved.
