Jason Cincilla is an experienced litigator who manages all litigation in Cooley Manion Jones' Delaware office. Jason has extensive experience in many areas, including Product Liability Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, Asbestos Litigation, Civil Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation, and Insurance Coverage Litigation. He regularly appears in Delaware state and federal courts on behalf of products manufacturers, service providers, premises owners, insurance companies, employers, and licensed professionals. Beyond Delaware, in asbestos litigation, Jason serves on each of CMJ’s national coordinating counsel teams. He currently serves as regional coordinating counsel for three companies, national discovery coordinator for two companies, national settlements coordinator for one company, and national motion practice coordinator for one company.
Jason is originally from the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. In 1994, he graduated with honors from the Virginia Military Institute. He then served in the U.S. Army as an officer and Airborne Ranger, earning several awards and citations. After an honorable discharge, he attended the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he served on the Dickinson Law Review and, in 2002, earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude.
Jason is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Delaware and in the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
Jason, his wife, Megan, and their children, Roman and Vera, reside in the Highlands area of Wilmington, Delaware.
