Siobhan Desmond is the Human Resources Director at Cooley Manion Jones. She is responsible for employee relations issues, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and overall talent management. Siobhan works closely with the Operations Partner in the development and implementation of Human Resources systems, policies and procedures, communications and best practices.

Prior to joining CMJ, Siobhan was at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP.

Siobhan is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She received her Master of Science in Human Resources from Suffolk University in 2009.
