Margaret Moran is an associate with Cooley Manion Jones where her practice focuses on civil litigation, including products liability and complex torts litigation.  Prior to joining CMJ, Margaret represented insurance industry clients in direct recovery actions pursuant to civil RICO law.

Margaret is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  She is a member of the Boston Bar Association.

Margaret received her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2004.  She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2010.  During law school, Margaret served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Marianne B. Bowler of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and was an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal.
