Hillary G. Chapman

Hillary Gray Chapman is an associate at Cooley Manion Jones LLP. Her civil litigation practice focuses on a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes. Mrs. Chapman has prior experience representing clients involved in criminal investigations and federal prosecutions, contract disputes, trade secrets and products liability litigation, securities investigations, bankruptcy proceedings, and healthcare investigations. Mrs. Chapman also has extensive experience representing clients engaged in private equity transactions.

Before joining Cooley Manion Jones LLP, Mrs. Chapman practiced in the complex commercial litigation department of the Boston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Prior to her graduation from law school, Mrs. Chapman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Mrs. Chapman is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.

Mrs. Chapman received her Bachelor's Degree from Williams College, cum laude, where she was awarded honors in political economy. Mrs. Chapman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006 and received a certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School in 2006.

Mrs. Chapman hails from Newton, Massachusetts and currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts with her husband.
