Jaclyn H. Grodin

Jaclyn H. Grodin is an associate with Cooley Manion Jones LLP. Her civil litigation practice focuses on a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes.

Ms. Grodin graduated from Boston College Law School in 2009. While in law school, she was the Co-Chairman of the Board of Student Advisors, an organization dedicated to student advocacy competitions and alumni development. Ms. Grodin also represented indigent clients in a variety of immigration matters while in the law school’s Immigration Clinic. Ms. Grodin received a Bachelor's Degree in History and Journalism, magna cum laude, from New York University in 2005.

Ms. Grodin is currently admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and New York, and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
