Jason A. Cincilla

Jason A. Cincilla is an experienced litigator who practices and supervises a broad range of toxic tort and products liability litigation throughout the country. He specializes in Delaware asbestos litigation, in which he serves as lead Delaware counsel for several major defendants. He also serves on the national trial team of an international products manufacturer.

Prior to joining Cooley Manion Jones LLP, Mr. Cincilla was an associate with one of Delaware’s leading law firms, where he represented large corporate defendants in all stages of asbestos litigation and business and commercial disputes.

Mr. Cincilla is originally from the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. In 1994, he graduated with honors from the Virginia Military Institute. He then served in the U.S. Army as an officer and Airborne Ranger, earning several awards and citations. After an honorable discharge, he attended the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he served on the Dickinson Law Review and, in 2002, earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude.

Mr. Cincilla is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Delaware and in the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Cincilla, his wife, Megan, and their son, Roman, split their time between residences in Delaware and downtown Boston.
