Jonathan F. Tabasky

Jonathan F. Tabasky is a partner with the firm. He has primary responsibility for the management, handling and defense of litigation brought against many different types of professionals. His clients have included architects, engineers, real estate brokers, real estate appraisers and independent insurance adjusters, among others. Since joining the firm, Mr. Tabasky has also been extensively involved in the defense of product liability and toxic tort claims. In this capacity, Mr. Tabasky represents an array of companies, including those having manufactured protective clothing, fittings, heating devices, wire and cable, trucks, aircraft and turbines. As a result, Mr. Tabasky regularly works with renowned pathologists, industrial hygienists, pulmonologists, radiologists, economists and others. Mr. Tabasky also defends premises liability cases brought against a major retailer.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tabasky represented clients involved in business and employment disputes, as well as persons suffering from catastrophic personal injuries. He also represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in labor disputes covering discipline, promotions, transfers, wages and other terms and conditions of employment.

Mr. Tabasky received a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Skidmore College in 1992. In recognition of his high academic achievements, Mr. Tabasky was elected into Skidmore's Periclean Academic Honor Society. Mr. Tabasky received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1995.

Mr. Tabasky is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Maine. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Tabasky has achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory, the highest peer rating available for legal ability and ethical standards.

Mr. Tabasky lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts with his wife, Kerri and their three daughters, Jordan, Maya and Anna.
