Nicholas D. Stellakis

Nicholas D. Stellakis is an associate with Cooley Manion Jones LLP, where his practice focuses on civil litigation, including a wide variety of general business litigation and appellate litigation. Before joining Cooley Manion Jones, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Judith Cowin of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, and the Honorable Christopher Armstrong, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Mr. Stellakis received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Boston College in 1996 and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1999. Mr. Stellakis is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts. Mr. Stellakis serves as a member of the Governing Board of the SJC Law Clerks' Society.

In 2007, Mr. Stellakis was named a "Rising Star" by Boston Magazine.

Mr. Stellakis was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, and currently lives in Andover.
